‘Strategy’ is one of the most overused and misunderstood words in an organisation.

My clients value the fact that, if I sense that there’s no coherent strategy, I’ll call a ‘time out’, work with them to refine it, and then help them craft up the right communications strategy to engage people around it . I won’t just stop there - I’ll even help them operationalise it - ensuring we put in place the right planning to make it real. Well, if they see value in that.
